Marijuana

The possession of marijuana is legal in the state of California, for recreational use and when it is possessed for medicinal purposes and has been recommended by a doctor. However, the law surrounding California marijuana is very complicated and intricate. For example while the state of California allows for the possession and sale of Marijuana, the Federal Government still views it ass an illegal controlled substance. Meaning that possession and sales of Marijuana in the state of California can still be considered a federal crime.
