The San Diego Superior Court is subdivided into districts. Each district handles cases that fall within their jurisdiction. The East County Division of the San Diego Superior Court is located in the city of El Cajon, California. The Southern Division of the San Diego Superior Court is located in the city of Chula Vista, California. The Central Division of the San Diego of the Superior court is located in downtown San Diego, California on Broadway. In addition, to each of the criminal courthouses located for each division there is a juvenile court located in the Kearney Mesa region of the city of San Diego, California.

Criminal Attorney Donte Wyatt began his career as a Deputy District Attorney in Vista, California over ten years ago. While in Vista he completed many misdemeanor trials and began to work on felonies. After Vista Criminal Attorney Wyatt, transferred to the Central Division of the San Diego Superior Court where he worked in the general felony unit and in major narcotics unit. Criminal Attorney Wyatt worked on general felonies in the East County Division of the San Diego Superior Court. In addition, Criminal Attorney Wyatt worked in the Family Protection Unit and on a Drug and Gang Taskforce in the South Bay Division in the San Diego Superior Court.
